Key Responsibilities
As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to enhance our brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Creating and curating compelling content across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn to drive traffic and increase viewer interaction.
- Monitoring, listening, and responding to users in a “social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
- Developing and managing social media campaigns, including paid advertisement initiatives, to boost audience reach and engagement.
- Analyzing engagement data and adjusting strategies to improve measurable results using analytics tools.
- Collaborating with the marketing and communications team to align social media campaigns with broader corporate objectives.
- Staying up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Managing social media accounts, ensuring all content is unique, consistent with our brand voice, and published in a timely manner.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experiences:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
- Expert knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing concepts and strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategies that drive audience engagement and brand loyalty.
- Proficient with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or similar platforms for tracking performance and engagement metrics.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for storytelling through digital content.
